Shipping

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. This means your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized.
We will then process your order within 1–3 business days and prepare it for shipment. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we’ll notify you by email and void the pre-authorization. If your item is ready to ship, we’ll charge your card and proceed with fulfillment.

Order Shipment:

We ship worldwide using trusted international couriers like Japan Post, FedEx, and DHL.
Depending on your location, you’ll be able to choose between Economy, Standard, and Priority shipping options at checkout. For most destinations in Asia, we offer Standard and Priority options.
Delivery times are estimated as follows:

USA & Canada

  • Economy: 13–20 business days
  • Standard: 5-14 business days
  • Priority: 2–6 business days

Europe & Oceania:

  • Economy: 12–20 business days
  • Standard: 5–10 business days
  • Priority: 2–7 business days

Asia:

  • Standard: 8–12 business days
  • Priority: 2–5 business days

Please note:

  • Available shipping methods and rates will be shown at checkout.
  • Some large orders may ship in multiple parcels, which may arrive on different days but share the same tracking number.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Return:

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at sales@kuramaecreations.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs paid during your order are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.
